Booking & Cancellation Policy

Essential information about payments, inclusions, check-in and check-out, children, and cancellations at Rock Water Bay Resort.

A deposit is required:
30% of the booking value for a room-only stay or all-inclusive package
50% of the booking value for Spa Day
Please pay within 24 hours of booking confirmation to secure your reservation.
  • Any remaining balance and additional services are payable directly at reception when you check out.

  • Package rates include breakfast, main meals during your stay, and the services listed in your selected package.
  • Complimentary welcome drinks, tea, and coffee are served upon check-in.
  • Complimentary access to shared facilities: outdoor pool, children's play area, and Wi-Fi throughout the resort.

Check-in: from 14:00.
Check-out: before 12:00 noon.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and applicable charges. Check-out after 16:00 is charged at 50% of the nightly room rate; after 18:00, the full nightly room rate applies.

  • Children under 5 stay free when sharing their parents' bed (maximum two children per room).
  • Children aged 5 to under 11: a 50% surcharge applies under the relevant policy or package.
  • Children aged 12 and over are charged at the adult rate.

  • At least 3 days before check-in: you may cancel or change your stay without a fee. Your deposit will be held as credit for 6 months; any unused deposit is forfeited after that period.
  • Less than 3 days before check-in or in the event of a no-show: a charge of 100% of the total booking value applies.
