The resort welcomes groups of friends, couples, families with young children and holiday groups. For a complete holiday with less planning, most guests choose a stay package with meals and experiences, or a Spa Day package for a day visit without an overnight stay. Room-and-breakfast options are also available if you prefer.

The resort has 76 rooms, all with sea views, set within approximately 4 hectares. Tiled roofs, stone walls and bougainvillea create inviting spaces that blend with the coastal scenery of Kê Gà.

Room rates include breakfast. Indicative nightly rates are VND 1,450,000 for Deluxe Beach Front, VND 2,050,000 for Triple and VND 2,450,000 for Family. The resort confirms the final rate for your travel dates, guest numbers and applicable offers.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is before 12:00 noon. Please let the resort know your expected arrival time so the team can prepare to welcome you.

The resort can assist with early check-in, subject to room availability. Check-out after 16:00 is charged at 50% of the nightly room rate; after 18:00, the charge is 100%. Please confirm the time and any charges for your booking with Reception in advance.

Children under 5 stay free when sharing a bed with their parents, up to 2 children per room. Charges for children aged 5–11 depend on the selected package; children aged 12 and above are charged as adults. If you need an extra bed, please ask about availability and charges in advance.

Please bring valid identification for guests staying at the resort and your booking confirmation. If travelling with children, ask in advance which documents are needed to verify their ages and complete check-in. Keep your booking reference and payment receipt for easy verification.

Please make these requests when you first contact the resort, especially if travelling with older guests, young children or anyone who needs mobility assistance. The resort will do its best to accommodate room-location preferences and special requests, subject to availability and the conditions on site.

Spa Day offers 10% off when booking 24 hours in advance. Children aged 5–11 are charged 50% of the adult price.

The Spa Day packages do not currently include a farm tour. If you would like to add this experience, please ask the resort about availability and the applicable price.

Arrive from 8:00 to make the most of your day and enjoy the services and meals at a relaxed pace. Bring swimwear, a change of clothes, a hat and your personal essentials. If your package includes a daytime room, its occupancy must be confirmed for your actual guest numbers.

Rock Water Bay is located at DT 719, Ke Ga Hamlet, Tan Thanh Commune, Lam Dong Province, Vietnam. The area was previously part of Kê Gà, Phan Thiết, Bình Thuận. On Google Maps, search for “Rock Water Bay Beach Resort & Spa”.

The journey is approximately 170 km and around 3 hours. This is a guide only; your starting point, route, departure time and traffic may make the trip shorter or longer.

You can set your own departure time and take the expressway towards Dầu Giây–Phan Thiết, then continue to Kê Gà using current map directions.

You can choose a coach or limousine service to the Phan Thiết area, or a route with a suitable drop-off point for Kê Gà. Check schedules and drop-off points directly with the operator.

Depending on the services operating, you can take a train to Phan Thiết or Bình Thuận station and continue to the resort by taxi or hired vehicle.

The resort has approximately 300 m of private beachfront, where sandy stretches meet rocky outcrops and clear blue water. Walk along the water’s edge, take in the scenery and capture moments together.

Sea swimming depends on waves, wind, tides and the guidance given on site. Ask the team about suitable areas before entering the water, avoid slippery rocks and keep children under close supervision. If the weather is unsuitable, you can choose other activities within the resort.

The infinity pool uses 100% natural seawater, with open views of the horizon and Kê Gà’s rocky coastline. It is one of Rock Water Bay’s signature experiences.

Please check the pool area and choose a suitable section before allowing children into the water. Parents or guardians must supervise children closely and ask the team about water depth, pool rules and available swimming aids. Not every section of the pool is suitable for young children.

The resort has a children’s play area where little ones can play, explore and share seaside memories with their parents. Please ask at the resort about opening hours, activities and age limits. The resort does not currently provide babysitting or childcare services; parents should accompany and supervise their children.

Start with buffet breakfast and time by the pool. Enjoy lunch, a rest and conversation with family or friends at midday. Spend the afternoon on green mineral mud wellness, a beach walk or photographs along the bougainvillea-lined paths, then share dinner in the evening. The green mineral mud comes from the Vĩnh Hảo mineral deposit in the area formerly known as Tuy Phong, Bình Thuận. This local resource is a distinctive part of the wellness experience by the sea at Kê Gà.

The treatment combines green mineral mud bathing, steam/sauna, herbal soaking and warm/cold seawater baths. Ask the team about the sequence, duration and stages included in your chosen package.

It offers time to care for your body, rest and enjoy a sense of relaxation in a sea-view setting. Experiences and results vary from person to person. This is a wellness and relaxation service, not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Arrange your session times with the resort when confirming your package or on arrival, particularly for weekends and group visits. Ask about the number of sessions, private or shared baths and the stages included in your package so you can plan accordingly.

Rock Water Bay arranges a complimentary sightseeing tour for guests booking a 2-day, 1-night or 3-day, 2-night stay package. The tour introduces Queen Farm Plus, a dragon fruit farm covering approximately 450 hectares.

Explore the farm and taste fruit in the orchard as part of the programme arranged by the resort. Opportunities to see ripe fruit and take part in specific activities depend on the season, weather and farm schedule. Bring a hat, comfortable shoes and light clothing; confirm the departure time, meeting point and transport in advance.

The complimentary sightseeing tour is currently offered with the two overnight stay packages. Spa Day and room-and-breakfast guests who wish to join should ask the resort to confirm whether it can be arranged and what it costs.

You can share your arrival and departure dates, the number of adults and children, preferred package, room type and contact details; only your name and phone number are required. For groups or events, also include the number of rooms and dining requirements. The website only takes an inquiry; the reservations team will call you back, check availability and confirm the price. The deposit is calculated on the confirmed total booking value. For example, an overnight booking of VND 3,090,000 requires a deposit of VND 927,000; a Spa Day 2 booking for one room at VND 1,100,000 requires a deposit of VND 550,000, before any discounts or surcharges.

For an overnight stay, the deposit must be paid within 24 hours of the resort confirming your booking to hold the room. Please check the payment deadline in your confirmation; if you need an extension, contact the resort before it expires.

Sending a request on the website does not hold a room or create a booking. You should receive confirmation from the resort of room/service availability, the total amount, deposit, payment deadline and booking reference. After paying the deposit, send a receipt if requested and obtain confirmation that your deposit has been received. A screenshot of a successful bank transfer alone does not mean the booking is complete.

The website does not collect payments and has no payment function. Once the resort has called you back and you have agreed the details, use only the payment method and recipient details confirmed by the resort through its official channels. Do not share one-time passwords (OTPs), PINs or banking passwords with a reservations adviser. Check the amount and recipient before paying.

The remaining balance and any additional services are paid directly at Reception when you check out. For Spa Day, please ask the resort when the remaining balance is due before your visit.

Contact the reservations team on 0252 3683 115 or [email protected] with your booking reference (if you have one), payment time, amount and transaction reference so they can investigate. Do not send images exposing your full card details or OTP. Wait for the payment status to be checked before sending money again.

Cancellations or changes more than 3 days before check-in are free of charge, and the deposit is held as credit for 6 months. If unused by the end of that period, the deposit is forfeited. Cancellations less than 3 days before check-in or no-shows are charged 100% of the total booking value. Deposit credit is not a refund. The rule for exactly 3 days before arrival and the cut-off time must be confirmed in your booking. Special offers and public holidays, including Tết, may have non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-changeable conditions.

The resort has not published separate refund or cancellation terms for Spa Day, so the overnight booking conditions do not automatically apply. Before paying the 50% deposit, ask the resort to confirm the specifics for date changes, cancellation, no-shows, credit and any refunds.

The resort should explain the conditions on site and propose suitable arrangements. Rescheduling activities, substitute services or changes to a booking must be agreed under the package terms and confirmed in writing. Bad weather does not automatically entitle guests to free cancellation.

Please request an invoice and provide your organisation’s billing details when booking so the resort can arrange issuance.
